The Immersion Day of the Jambar Tech lab program was held this Thursday, September 27 at CTIC Dakar. This fourth edition was an opportunity for several experts to intervene on various themes in order to empower young project leaders.    Mohamed Diallo, CEO of By Filling, addressed Inbound marketing, which he defines as a marketing strategy aimed at bringing the customer to oneself (on the Internet) rather than seeking him with traditional outbound marketing techniques.

El Hadj Bah, CEO of SUITE, a company that supports the digital transformation of structures through software development and web and mobile development to help participants challenge their business models.

Emmanuel François FAYE, Consultant and independent trainer in quality management, particularly in the business schools of UCAO and ISM Mbour, then led the session on quality management. To close, Grégoire de Padirac, Investment Manager at Orange Digital Ventures, trained the winners in financing and investment. ODV is physically located in the CTIC hub and operates throughout Africa, with a serie A participation (entry tickets between 3 and 5 million Euros).

To this end, halfway through the second edition of the JTL programme, most of the laureates’ solutions are well advanced compared to the beginning of the support.

Project leaders develop a real corporate spirit and culture, create observed market share, pivot solutions and also prototyping. In this first phase, support was oriented in the following areas: commercial strategy, accounting, quality management, communication, personal development, legal status of business creation, inbound marketing and scalability (scaling up)… At 80% of mentoring, they are at a more mature prototyping stage.

We warmly congratulate the coaches and mentors who are providing these young shoots the tools to create value.

The coach of the month is Mr. Gaoussou DIALLO who is a consultant in the creation and development of SMEs (micro and small companies) and specializes in strategic management of organizations.

At the end of this immersion day, Isidore Mbodj (CTIC Senior Acceleration Specialist) had an exchange with these entrepreneurs about the support in the localities and in Dakar to find out the level of progress of each project and assess the needs of each in terms of support.

Useful information: The representative of the Nopalé solution, Abdoulaye Faye, was awarded for his participation in the 3E program (Emploi Entreprise Emergence) of the Senegalese TV station RTS1 and will benefit from technical and financial support from the Delegation for Fast Entrepreneurship (DER).
